HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR REQUEST FOR A QUOTE!

We will work out a quotation based on the following:
– The length of the document (word count)
– Professionals desktop publishing requirements   
– Whether checking by a second NAATI accredited translator is required
– The range of languages
– The nature of the document,

– Complexity of language and register

– Urgency and delivery time frames.

Once you are satisfied with our quote, we initiate translation process.

– We may ask for an advance payment, partial or full.

– We send you an invocie for your to pay using our many convient payment options.

– Once payment recieved, we start translating your documents.

–  When your translation is completed by one of our NAATI certified translators, we may email you a draft copy for your approval.

– Once your are satisfied with our translation work, you give us the thump up to print out translations. 

–  The soft version, if you requested one, of the final certified translations will be emailed to you and the hard copeies, if you request them, will be posted out to you in the mail.

Note: Extra charges for mailing hard copies, which depends on type of delivery.
